I recently stayed at a hotel which is conveniently located opposite a popular shopping mall in Batam. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and provided a quick and efficient check-in experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with basic amenities provided. I also appreciated the affordable prices and value for money. I had a pleasant stay at this hotel.

Although there is room for improvement in the breakfast variety, the overall experience at this hotel was satisfactory.

The Hills Batam turned out to be a pleasant surprise. the location couldn't be better - right opposite the Nagoya hill mall, making it super convenient for shopping and dining. Secondly, the staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. Additionally, the rooms were well-equipped with basic amenities and had comfortable queen beds. Lastly, the breakfast, though basic, provided a decent start to the day at a very affordable rate.

This hotel ticked all the boxes for a comfortable stay.

The hotel is in the perfect location, directly opposite the shopping centre and just a short walk to Nagoya Shopping Mall. the amenities are acceptable and the room is comfortable with nice bedding. the breakfast is scrumptious and there is a mart just opposite the hotel providing toiletries, snacks, and drinks.

The hotel could benefit from some renovation, to provide improvements to the bathroom facilities and other areas of the hotel.

The lack of maintenance in certain areas.

Spent my Christmas holiday at a hotel that has a great location, just in front of a famous shopping center with lots of restaurant options. it was nice to have access to a television with a good movie selection, as well as a reasonably-sized room.

Despite the amenities described above, the hotel was not in great condition. the room seemed dirty and needed an urgent renovation.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel, as it was just directly across from a large shopping centre where we could easily find anything we needed. Additionally, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel welcome and comfortable. Finally, the hotel facilities were well-maintained and clean, ensuring a pleasant stay for us.

It was a plus to have a shopping mall just across the street, which made shopping very convenient. The staff was friendly and accommodating, which added to a pleasant stay. the massage service was fantastic, offering a relaxing way to end the day.

The Wi-Fi connection was unstable and kept disconnecting. , some noise from the Circle K convenience store nearby disrupted my peace, making it difficult to relax in the room.
